Welcome to Heart of the Rose, A space to honour the Way of the Heart, the Wild Mysteries of the Feminine and the Feminine Path to Awakening.  

  • After placing your payment - a ticket through Ticket Tailor will automatically be emailed to you. You will need to bring a copy of this ticket (on a screen or printed) with you to the event.

  • Please note this is a drugs and alcohol free event - please do not bring, or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs on site.

  • Please also note that the festival fees do not include accommodation, food or fringe events.

By buying a ticket to the Heart of the Rose Festival (“The Event”) you (“The Attendee”) formally agree to the following:

Co-vid

  • Only come to the festival if you are feeling healthy and well and have not experienced any covid-19 symptoms within 10 days prior to the festival.

  • Agree to abide by the government's guidelines for safe and respectful public behaviour around Covid-19 on the days of the event, Friday 1st September-Sunday 3rd September

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of this event, tickets for the Heart of the Rose Festival are non-refundable but transferable.

  • In the event that you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else – (please contact us directly with the name of the ‘new’ Sister, if you are able to sell/gift your ticket).

  • This transfer is SOLELY the responsibility of the ticket holder, and Heart of the Rose are unable to help support with the advertisement or re-selling of the ticket.

  • In the unlikely event that the Event Organiser has to cancel the event, you will be able to transfer your ticket onto next years festival. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund this year.

  • If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an Act of God, then options to transfer may not be available.

Harassment and Discrimination

  • Heart of the Rose Festival aims to be a safe and inclusive place for all to be regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, body type, ability or experience. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of verbal, physical or sexual harassment.

  • Anyone found exhibiting these types of behaviours will be asked to leave the festival. Payment for any events will not be refunded. The decision to remove a client from a class and/or the studio can be made by Heart of the Rose Festival staff.

Photographer Release

  • Heart of the Rose Festival will photograph or film the Event for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. The Attendee hereby consents and agrees that photographs, film and video may be taken whilst participating in the Festival and associated activities.

  • Please note that any private or sensitive activities and settings will be treated with respect, and only photographed or filmed with consent.

Health & Safety

  • Participation in or attendance at the Event involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury and property loss or damage. These may result from Attendee’s own actions or inactions, as well as the actions or inactions of others, and the condition of the facilities. Further, there may be other risks not known to the Attendee and not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

  • The Attendee has considered the nature and extent of the risks involved, inspected and satisfied himself or herself with the facilities and Attendee voluntarily chooses to assume all risks involved in the Event, both known and unknown.

  • The Attendee consents to treatment in the event of an emergency or other incident in which, in the reasonable judgment of the on-site personnel, the Attendee requires medical care. Heart of the Rose Festival are not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages the Attendee may sustain that result from their participation in the Event.

  • The Attendee understands that this is a deer park and therefore they may be greater risk of tic born illness and that the Attendee must take full responsibility to check themselves throughout the festival. We will have a first aider on site available for anyone who may find one to help remove it safely and encourage everyone to check themselves and each other regularly and that Heart of the Rose are not liable for any subsequent illness caused, should a tic bite happen.

How should I conduct myself?

  • Heart of the Rose Festival is an alcohol and drug free event. The Attendee accepts that she has a duty to participate in a manner which is as safe as reasonably possible and, in particular, to abide by the rules of the Event, adhere to the safety information and instructions and take reasonable care to avoid dangerous situations and to look after both the Attendee and other Attendees.

Insurance

  • Heart of the Rose Festival does not provide Attendee with any insurance, either life, travel, medical or liability, for any illness, accident, injury, loss, or damage that may arise in connection with their participation in or attendance at the Event, including without limitation the associated activities. If personal insurance of any kind is desired, this is optional and the Attendee must obtain it themselves.

If there is any breach to the terms & conditions of Heart of the Rose Festival then you will be asked to leave the site.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’)

You declare that the above information is understood and agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Heart of the Rose festival.
