‘Mother Mary Rose Codes’

This workshop is a unique weave of yoga contemporary, circle dance and krya’s encompassed by the codes of toning song and light language. We will reactivate the higher heart through rose heart gazing and spiral dance with Aoife’s signature song ‘Mother Mary-Unconditional Love’ as our mantra.

We journey from the cosmic ocean rose, held by Lydia her crystal bowl and Venus Rose song, rebirthing our maiden innocence through embodiment and pure child energy as we pray and play with roses re-uniting the Virgin heart with the Temptress womb, as one whole woman within.

We will close with Sé do bheathra, a Mhuire (Hail Mary’s in Irish) as a soft symbol of colonial repair accompanied by ‘Black Madonna’ (Ave Mater) by Lydia. Dedicating prayers to The Magdalene Laundries women, babies and extended families as we reclaim and restore all aspects of the divine feminine free of stigma, inversions and shame united and healed through the power of Mother Mary and unconditional love codes.
