Heart of the Rose Online Summit

Welcome to Heart of the Rose, A space to honour the Way of the Heart, the Wild Mysteries of the Feminine and the Feminine Path to Awakening.  

  • After placing your payment, an automatic email will be sent to you with confirmation of your ticket. Nearer the time of the Event, we will also send the Zoom link and further important information to this same email address. Please ensure you provide a valid and regularly checked email when registering.

By buying a ticket to the Heart of the Rose Online Summit (“The Event”) you (“The Attendee”) formally agree to the following:

Recordings & Use of Content

  • All sessions will be recorded and become the property of Heart of the Rose.

  • By participating, you agree that your image, voice, or contributions may appear in the recordings.

  • If you do not wish to appear, you may turn off your video and/or microphone at any time. You are also welcome to change your display name if you prefer to remain anonymous.

  • Attendees are kindly asked not to record, screenshot, or reproduce any part of the Event on their own devices.

  • Recordings will only be available to those who have purchased a ticket that includes replays.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets for the Heart of the Rose Online Summit are non-refundable.


Harassment and Discrimination

Heart of the Rose Online Summit aims to be a safe and inclusive space for all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, body type, ability, or experience. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be removed from the Event without refund.


Health & Participation

By attending, you agree to participate in a manner that is safe and respectful to yourself and others. The content shared during the Event is for educational and spiritual purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Heart of the Rose is not liable for any issues that may arise from your participation, including emotional responses or choices made as a result of the Event.


Technology & Access

  • Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and a suitable device.

  • Heart of the Rose is not liable for inability to join or participate fully due to individual technical difficulties.

  • Limited technical support will be available before and during the Event.


Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Heart of the Rose Online Summit, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. You agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims now or in the future against Heart of the Rose Online Summit.
