About Erika Maeioum
Erika Maeioum is a Mexican Womb Care practitioner, Mentor, Doula, Midwifery Apprentice, Natural Gynaecology Therapist, Yoga and Qigong teacher, Alchemist and Healer, with more than 17 years of experience supporting women’s wellbeing, holistic health and spiritual work.
Rooted in her Mexican heritage and inspired by the wisdom of traditional midwifery, indigenous womb care, natural gynaecology, somatic healing and feminine spiritual practice, she has supported hundreds of women from diverse backgrounds through fertility journeys, hormonal healing, pregnancy and postpartum care, grief, life transitions, embodiment and feminine empowerment.
Her work weaves together ancestral Mexican wisdom, modern understanding of women’s Health, bodywork, breath, ritual, women’s health education and spiritual practice to support women in healing physically, emotionally and energetically — while reclaiming self-love, inner authority, sensuality and connection to their deeper feminine intelligence.
Her mission is to create spaces of healing, remembrance and female empowerment, where women can reconnect with the wisdom of the body, the womb and the ancestral lineages of care.
