About Fionnagh

Fionnagh walks a path rooted in Celtic wisdom and mystery school, in the whispers from the living

land and the old, unbroken threads between women, nature and the Divine Feminine.

She has been initiated into these islands — into their wells and stones, their mists and hollow hills —

through vision quest, dreaming, earth burial, sweat house, and plant medicine ceremony, carrying

both our sacred plant traditions and the older, quieter medicines that grow in our groves and

hedgerows. It is a knowing resonant in the body and the bone, not merely in the mind.

She has walked as a shamanic practitioner for more than fifteen years and has held women as a life

coach for close to thirty — a long apprenticeship to listening. She is a Reiki Master, has trained as a

priestess, and tends, still, the flame of a temple to the Divine Feminine in Scotland.

Her path has carried her, too, into the ancient Greek mysteries — initiation with Aphrodite, Artemis,

Athena and Hestia — deepening her communion with the many faces of the feminine and the ancient,

sacred abilities and mysteries of womanhood.

At Heart of the Rose, these many threads are gathered and woven together through shamanic healing,

Reiki, ceremony, coaching and Sussex Flower Essences — essences drawn in living relationship with

the plants and wild places of Sussex.

This is work for the woman standing at the threshold: when an old skin is being shed, when the

boundaries of her life are asking to be redrawn, when something dear has been lost, or when a further,

truer life is calling her onward.

At its root is Sovereignty — a homecoming to your own centre, your body, your kinship with the

living world, and the deep, quiet knowing of what is yours, and yours alone, to live.
