‘Tending the loss of an Abortion’

This workshop is an invitation for all those who have gone through an abortion, and wish to gather together with other sisters who have shared this experience. Through gentle somatic practices, working with rose oil and experiencing the ancient holding of belly wrapping - we shall gently tend to the outer edges of where you are at. This is a space where everything is in invitation - I truly honour that your presence is an act of courage, and I warmly welcome your brave heart and womb into the circle.

India Elyn is a birth doula, grief tender and author of the book ‘Honouring the Loss of an Abortion - A Holistic Guide to Healing with Ritual and Herbal Medicine after an Abortion’. India supports women across the thresholds of birth and loss, weaving in somatics, ceremony and herbal medicine to tend to those she supports.
