About
J M Julia is based in West Sussex, England, where she combines shamanism and the inherited teachings of her lineage as a WopboRa Elder and Keeper of the Deopen Weg (The Deepen Way Wealdland Tradition) in order to build bridges of communication across the Realms of Being in loving Service.
She believes most passionately, that all Beings, being equal, permits the capability and potential of all humans to participate in the guardianship of this dear world and should they be drawn to do so, can be guided and enabled into their own deep and unique communication with these Other Realms.
The Deopen Weg, the teachings and practices of the Ancient Wealdlands and the Brythonic Isles, are central to Julia’s work - recognising, understanding, honouring and bringing forward our own Unique Essence Self within the entirety of life. It recognizes the unique gifts of every individual and offers pathways for these gifts to be expressed with ever-increasing confidence. In keeping with the Ancient Way and by being our true and unique selves, we can contribute massively to growing healthy, vibrant, and joyful communities. These communities then connect with others, forming networks that gently nurture the emergence of a New World, grown from the ground up, rooted in love and tended with Spiritual Warmth in shared responsibility.
Her message is that rediscovering and reclaiming the ancient spiritual practices of the Britannic native culture allows all those who are drawn toward them, to move into their own potent Sovereignty, effectively embodying and anchoring their unique gifts in the world. This process leads naturally to a blossoming of joy, fulfilment, and the realization of love for Self and all life, where inner peace naturally creates outer peace thus leading to true Inter-Being and realised Wholeness.
Founder of Sacred Waters of Sussex and Kent, Julia works with communities to gently clear, clean, and restore ancient water sites. In this joyful and deeply healing work, the discovery of natural treasures in their midst allows communities to become reconnected, reinvigorated, and strengthened. This, in turn, leads to the formation of new streams of positive creative consciousness and real action in taking loving guardianship of their own patch.
In working with the natural clay of her native county, Julia’s sculptures are physical representations of the energetic forms of water, water guardians, undines, and elemental beings of Sussex, with whom she has formed relationships since being a small child. Her energetic representations of the Natural Cyclical Rhythms of the land and the ancient Brythonic Wheel of the Year, serve as physical bridging points for those who seek to reconnect with the natural cycles of potentiality within the Earth sphere, opening perception to the other Realms of Being and fostering a deeper, embodied peace.
