‘Kundalini Yoga with Awaken the Warrioress’

Join me in this powerful yet beautiful practice where we'll connect to and strengthen our 'self love'. We will end with a beautiful heart opening meditation, sending unconditional love out into the world. Kundalini Yoga uses a dynamic combination of posture, breathwork, mudra, mantra and meditation to awaken the Kundalini energy. On its journey through the chakras it clears any blockages or imbalances preventing us from reaching our fullest potential in this life. Many of the postures are sitting so please bring cushions to provide support. 

About Jennifer

My biggest inspiration while growing up in Wales was my medium, hands on healer of a nan, who was also a avid gardener and herb potion maker. I had a natural interest in fitness and nutrition and studied law, psychology, sociology and criminology. I also loved raving and experimenting with psychedelics which I suppose is ok to say these days :-). After years of emotional trauma resulting in a long term illness I decided to dive deeper and trained as a Kundalini and Yin Yoga teacher and Thai Masseuse. Travelling opened my heart and mind to many modalities, where I practiced many techniques from budhism, Sikhism and hidusm. Many of these I continue to practice only with more of a Taoist Green Witch flare :-). My spiritual growth continues, especially after having children, my greatest teacher so far. I have consequently trained as a doula to provide women with the support they need during such a life changing process.
