Inspired by the Rose as a symbol of love and the unfolding heart, Katariina weaves crystal singing bowls, acoustic instruments, looping technology and her voice into an immersive sonic landscape. Participants are invited to lie down and receive the sound, allowing the nervous system to soften and the heart to gently open like the petals of a rose. A space to rest, receive, and return to yourself.

About Katariina

Katariina Vaura is a CMA-certified Sound Healer, singer-songwriter, and a graduate of the Academy of Contemporary Music. She brings together musical artistry and sound healing to create immersive sound bath experiences that invite deep rest, relaxation, and inner connection.
Her sound journeys weave together crystal singing bowls, tongue drums, kalimbas, chimes, shakers and other acoustic instruments, alongside looping technology and self-produced soundscapes. At the heart of her work is her mesmerising voice, through which she shares original songs exploring themes of self-discovery, universal connection, and returning to one’s authentic essence.

Katariina’s sound baths offer a space to pause, soften, and reconnect with the body and inner world. Her intention is to guide participants into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system can settle and the natural healing intelligence of the body can unfold.

Passionate about the power of sound, voice and embodied practices, she supports others in reconnecting with their inner voice, creativity, and sense of belonging through sound, movement, and shared presence.
