About Kate
Kate Woods is a walker between worlds and a devoted guardian of the feminine, bringing safety, insight and wisdom into sacred liminal spaces and upon those thresholds where the spirit meets the skin.

Kate has walked with hundreds of women through the birth portal and many through menopause and the death space too. Her life is dedicated to a single, vital mission: ensuring that the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of every woman crossing a threshold—from the first spark of Menses to the bloom of Matrescence, into the golden wisdom of Eldership and Beyond—are all held in deep recognition and reverence.

An intuitive, highly experienced facilitator, Kate weaves ancestral remembrance, somatic engagement, and trauma-informed care into her trainings and circles. Rather than simply teaching, she holds an evolutionary container which activates the latent medicine within others, preparing them to tend to their whole selves as they navigate the grand transitions of their lives.

Believing deeply in the transformative power of the sacred crossings and recognising them as a universal birthright, Kate manifested her vision by founding Conscious Birthing and Doulas Without Borders. Grounded in a passion for equity and global sisterhood, she ensures that all women, regardless of circumstance, have equitable access to the nurture, education and unwavering advocacy they deserve.
