Laura Hart, Katie Rose Whiting & Helen Squires
‘Grief Circle: The Waters of Grief’
Laura, Katie Rose & Helen invite you into a sacred circle to meet grief in all its forms.
Through ritual, reflection and a water ceremony, we will gently journey into the waters of grief, making space for the parts of ourselves we have lost, hidden, silenced or left behind. This is a deep and tender holding for any kind of grief: the ecological grief for our great mother, for death, heartbreak, endings, change, loss of identity, dreams, relationships or the life we thought we would have.
Together, we will honour what hurts, listen to what wants to be felt, and remember that grief is not something to fix or overcome, but something we can learn to carry and transform.
All are welcome. Come as you are. Bring your grief, your tenderness, your story and let the waters hold you.
