About Rita

Rita Hraiz is a grandmother from Glastonbury, UK, a medicine woman, and a devoted student and teacher of Ageless Wisdom, Solar Philosophy, Shamanism, and Esoteric Psychology. For nearly three decades she has guided individuals and groups through profound processes of healing, awakening, and transformation.

For the past 18 years, she has led transformational Dharmakaya retreats internationally, creating sacred spaces where people can reconnect with their innate wisdom, presence, and deeper nature. Rita also teaches Advanced Space Holding, Shamanic Ageless Wisdom Practices, and the understanding and integration of Kundalini Awakening. Working with Couples and One to One Wisdom Counselling.
