Within the frequencies of sound, you are invited to rest, release, and integrate. The journey may meet you in stillness or in subtle internal movement; it may open space for emotional clearing, energetic release, deep rest, insight, or imaginative inner experience. There is nothing to do and nowhere to get to, only a remembering of your natural state of being.

Ruth Hoey is a sound healer, cacao ritualist, women’s circle facilitator, community creator, and the founder of ReNurture, devoted to guiding women back into deep connection with their bodies, their innate wisdom, and the truth of their hearts.
Through immersive sound journeys, she weaves together gongs, singing bowls, drum, chimes, and intuitive voice to create a nurturing space where you are invited to soften, land fully in your body, and listen inward. Each journey becomes a gentle remembering of your own rhythm, your own power, and the whispers of your soul beneath the noise of everyday life.
Within the Heart of the Rose festival space, her offering invites rest, release, integration - a place to let the body unwind, to allow energy to move, and to receive exactly what is needed in the moment, whether that is stillness, emotional clearing, insight, or imaginative inner exploration.
Rooted in community and earth-based ritual, Ruth also holds cacao ceremonies, women’s circles, nature walks, and singing gatherings that invite connection, expression, and belonging.
