What if every relationship in your life was here to teach you something essential? A Course in Miracles says that all relationships are classrooms for self-awareness and opportunities to learn about ourselves.

In this gentle, reflective workshop we will explore how relationships can shift from places of expectation and projection into pathways of healing and awakening. Together, we will explore how emotional intensity can soften when it is met with presence, and how challenges in relationship often point back to our own inner landscape. Through reflection and shared inquiry, you will be invited to explore moving from blame to responsibility, and from fear to a more consistent experience of love. This is an invitation to experience relationships not as problems to solve, but as opportunities to grow, heal, and remember the truth of who we are.

This will be a safe, grounded and compassionate space in which to explore relationships as a living path of awakening. Come with curiosity, and a willingness to see yourself and others a little more clearly.

About Sacha

Sacha Allistone is a BACP registered psychosynthesis psychotherapist and mediator based in Lewes, and a mother of three young adults. Originally from Switzerland, she spent much of her twenties travelling extensively on a personal search for meaning before settling in the UK. Her background in teaching, youth wellbeing, and over a decade of therapeutic work has given her a deep appreciation for the complexity of human relationships and healing. For the past four years, Sacha has been a devoted student and daily practitioner of the non-dual teachings of A Course in Miracles, and is deeply inspired by the parallels between ACIM and the teachings of Mary Magdalene, both of which point toward inner awakening, love, and direct relationship with truth. Passionate about community, the healing power of nature, wild swimming, and ecstatic dance, she brings warmth, presence, and authenticity to her work. She offers both online, and face to face sessions from her practice in Lewes.
