About
I was born in South India, surrounded by nature and ancient healing traditions that continue to inspire my work today. After moving to the UK, where I have lived for many years, my journey as a healer truly began to unfold. For nearly twenty years, I have worked as a complementary therapist, offering massage therapies guided by intuition, compassion and a deep respect for holistic wellbeing alongside working in the Corporate World.
I am an ITEC-accredited, internationally certified practitioner and in recent years I have been fortunate to share my work between the UK and India. I am also an office certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and a DANCEmandala (Ecstatic Dance Meditation) facilitator. Practices such as Yoga, Qigong, and chanting nourish my spirit and remind me that true healing begins within. This sense of harmony and presence is something I bring into every session with the people I work with.
