‘Remembering Menarche: A Rose Medicine Journey

This is an invitation to return to the moment of menarche, your first bleed, as a profound and often unmet initiation into the feminine body.

For many, this threshold was experienced without ritual, language, and a sense of the sacred. And so, the womb holds impressions of confusion, shame, or silence at the very place where power was first awakening.

Together, we gently re-enter that threshold.

Through guided visualization, somatic awareness, and the support of homemade Rose medicine, we will reconnect with our younger selves, soften what has been held, and restore a sense of reverence for the body and its cyclical nature. The Rose becomes both teacher and companion, guiding us through layers of memory, protection, and opening - each petal revealing a deeper remembrance: that this moment was always sacred.

After the visualization, we'll take time to express what surfaced through art or written word. Colors and paper will be available, and you are welcome to bring your own journal. We will then come together in a sharing circle, witnessing one another and integrating what surfaced.

A journey to your menarche, your womb, and the girl within - to heal what was held, and walk forward together in reverence.
