Thank you for your interest in applying to be a Stall Holder at this year’s festival.

We have space for 12 stalls this year and the marketplace will be next to the main stage and cafe area.

In the last few years, we have had an array of beautiful stalls selling clothes, jewellery, oils, remedies, artwork and more.

We are looking for a variety of makers, designers and thoughtful ethical products to offer a diverse range of stalls in our small market.

Applications open 2nd March and will close April 30th and we hope to let everyone know by the end of May.

Further information to know - each stall holder must bring there own 3x3 gazebo/structure. Each structure must have weights to tie it down with and no flames in the tent. You will also need to be responsible for your on food during set up and take down.

There will be no electricity in this area - so stalls will only be open during daylight hours.

The price for a stall is a set fee of £250 and this includes 2 Traders maximum.

Please note - this year we are doing something very special to do with the brother’s on Monday afternoon and for those women that are called! This will be after the women’s festival has officially finished at 11am on Monday and will be a separate ticketed event on the same ‘main arena’ we do Heart of the Rose. We will be sharing more information on this in April/May! We are sharing this now because if you have a healing tent - you will need to make sure you are all packed down and off the main arena by 1pm on Monday.
