Applications for workshops are open between March 2nd - April 5th 2026 and we hope to be in touch with everyone by mid May!

This year we will not only be looking at applications for Heart of the Rose but we also be doing our Rose Temple at Medicine Festival and Soul Revolution Festival again too! So we will also be looking at workshop applications with that in mind. If you are interested in sharing at these other festivals - you can share that in the application form.

Please note - we received over 200+ applications when we were last in-person (and only 60 places) and in the last few months, we have already been receiving SO many emails and messages + we know this year we will receive even more! So if you have shared at Heart of the Rose 2 years in a row in-person, please do not apply this year - to give others time/space to share.

There are usually quite a few offerings that are very similar, if this is the case please note we will be deciding as a team and also using a pendulum if/when needed! i. e. *please* don’t take it personally if your application does not align for this year! Please know we deeply value, respect, honour and celebrate * everyone * who applies and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for wanting to share your Magic and for wanting to be part of this sweet gathering!

This year we may be changing the spaces/tents slightly, as there may be some other sister festivals that might be curating too! And we are adding 2 new spaces - the Movement tent + the Young Maiden space. Some of this is still unfolding but for now, please see the type of tents we offer so you can share in your application if there is a space your work may be more suited too…

‘Mary Magdelene’ Womb Wisdom Space - Sacred Sexuality + Womb Cyclical Wisdom

‘Mother Mary’ Rose Heart Wisdom Space - Non-dual, Awakening + Rose Lineage Wisdom 

Sacred Mamma + Birth-keeper Space - Birth Mamma Wisdom - overseen by Samsara and Kemi 

‘Hathor’ Movement Tent - Dance + Movement Space 

‘Quin Yin’ Intimate Healing Space - for workshops under 20 

‘Isis’ Main Live Music Stage

Young Maiden Space - For teenage girls 11+

Each workshop is 90 minutes long and usually for around c.30-60 women at a time, and the exchange for all Musicians and Teachers is a free pass for the whole weekend + 1 food token on the day of workshop/set. 

Unfortunately because we are still such a small festival - we are unable to cover travel costs at this time, as the festival grows - we hope this will change!
