Applications for musicians are open between March 2nd - April 5th 2026 and we hope to be in touch with everyone by mid May!

Please note - we received over 200+ applications when we were last in-person, with very limited places available. In the last few months, we have already been receiving SO many emails and messages for this year so we know we will receive even more applications this year! We are sharing this because we are asking, if you have shared at Heart of the Rose 2 years in a row in-person, please do not apply this year - to give others time/space to share.

If you are a musician and would like to share - our main music tent is the Isis tent, where we will be sharing music from mid-morning until evening each day.

Each musician set is between 45-50 minutes (with 10 mins changeover).

The exchange for all Musicians and Teachers is a free pass for the whole weekend + 1 food token on the day of workshop/set.

Unfortunately because we are still such a small festival - we are unable to cover travel costs at this time. As the festival grows - we hope this will change!
