We are so grateful that you feel called to be a volunteer for this year's Heart of the Rose Festival. Our volunteers are such a beautiful and truly integral part of the festival, and we really couldn't do it without you!

This year we are asking for 18hours of Volunteering (usually split into 4 shifts) In exchange for 1 adult weekend camping pass & 1 meal per day that you are working on site. We ask that all volunteers arrive on site & are settled by 11.30am Thursday 3rd September in time for our Midday check in & briefings.

Throughout the festival, all Volunteers are asked to complete a variety of roles - this ensures that tasks are evenly distributed & there is fairness within our team. Please indicate your preferences below - it is not guaranteed that these will be your only roles however does provide an idea of your strengths & comfortability.

This year our team will be expanding to incorporate support for the Cafe & Kitchen space. If you have experience & skills in this area & would like to be a part of the Rose Rooted Cafe, please do share below. 

Those applying for set up & take down must be available on Tuesday 1st September, Wednesday 2nd September, Monday 7th September & Tuesday 8th September

We ask all volunteers to contribute a £88 deposit to confirm their space - This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the festival end date, provided you have completed your shifts.
