While our online summit brings together voices and hearts from across the world, we believe there is nothing more powerful than gathering in real life. That’s where you come in.

We invite aligned individuals to become Regional Hosts—to open their homes or sacred spaces and anchor the energy of the summit in your local community.

What Is a Regional Host?

A Regional Host is someone who brings people together in-person to experience the summit as a group while tuning into the global livestream.

You create a cozy, welcoming space where participants can:

  • Watch the summit sessions together

  • Share meals, insights, and conversations

  • Move, meditate, or co-create rituals in alignment with the theme

  • Deepen their experience through connection and community

This is not about performance or perfection. It’s about presence, intention, and holding space.

Who Can Host?

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Resonate with the summit’s vision and values

  • Can create a grounded, safe, and inclusive space

  • Have a home or venue that can host 10 people comfortably

  • Have a stable internet connection + screen or projector setup

What You'll Offer

As a Regional Host, you'll:

  • Organise, oversee and welcome your group of 10+ sister’s during all, or part of the summit dates

  • Stay in communication with your attendees before and during the gathering

  • Bring your own magic—whether it's through a shared meal, altar, or play

  • The Heart of the Rose Summit will take place live online from September 26–28, 2025, with all sessions streamed. If you purchase the Live+Recording ticket you will also have access to the recorded sessions after their live date.

  • All sessions will be scheduled in UK time (BST). 

  • We offer three ticket options:

    1. Live Access Only
    Join us live online from Sept 26–28, 2025

    2. Live + Recordings
    Includes full live access plus lifetime access to all replays on our beautifully curated online portal

    3. Live + Recordings + Bonus Content

  • Not at all. While joining us live allows you to experience the transmissions in real time and feel the collective field, we know that not everyone can attend all sessions live.

    If you purchase the Live + Recordings or Live + Recordings + Bonus Content ticket, you’ll receive lifetime access to our online portal, where all sessions will be beautifully organized for you to revisit at your own pace.

    The Bonus Content ticket also includes exclusive practices, meditations, and teachings from our guest facilitators—supporting your integration and continued journey long after the Summit ends.

  • You’ll receive a schedule and link to our live stream via email a few days before the Summit begins.

  • To have the best experience:

    • A stable internet connection

    • Headphones are encouraged for clearer sound

    • A quiet, comfortable space where you can immerse yourself in the offerings

  • Not at all! We’ll send out easy step-by-step instructions before the Summit. If you can click a link, you can join!

  • Most sessions will be webinar-style with the facilitator screen enlarged. From time to time we may share the screen of our participants as a group collage. If you don’t want your video to be seen you can always opt to keep your camera off. Some interactive workshops may invite you to turn your camera on, but it’s always optional.

  • No—each workshop is unique. Some are meditative, some interactive, and others are devotional or creative. If it hasn’t already, a short description of each workshop will be shared soon. 

  • Yes, although we recommend using a laptop or tablet for the full visual and sound experience.

  • Yes! Many of our speakers will offer ways to stay in touch, including links to their websites, social media, or special offers in the Bonus Portal (available to those with a Live + Recordings ticket).

  • No. While the core of the Heart of the Rose Summit (Days 1 & 2) is reated specifically for women, we are opening the final day (Day 3) as a special invitation for both men and women to join.

    A separate ticket will be available for this day, which anyone can purchase if they feel called to be part of the experience.

  • Yes, all workshops and transmissions will be offered in English.

  • If you’ve purchased either the Live + Recordings or Live + Recordings + Bonus Content ticket. You’ll receive lifetime access to our online portal, where all session replays will be beautifully organized and easy to revisit in your own rhythm.

    The Bonus Content ticket also includes additional gifts from our guest teachers to support your integration and expansion beyond the live experience.

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, the sale is considered final. We encourage you to review the ticket options carefully before completing your registration.

    If you’re unable to attend live, the Live + Recordings and Live + Bonus Content tickets ensure you can still receive all the value through our online portal at your own pace.
